Clean and Safe Environment
We require the property to be in a safe, sanitary condition prior to service. KleenAura does not provide services in homes with extreme clutter, hoarding conditions, hazardous environments, or severe infestations. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Preparation Requirements
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, decluttering accessible areas, and ensuring the space is ready for cleaning prior to our arrival. KleenAura is not responsible for items that are not properly stored or secured.
Pets
For the safety of our staff, all aggressive or unsecured pets must be properly restrained during the cleaning service.
Pricing & Payment
Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, and specific requirements of the property. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the original booking.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.
