Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation & rescheduling.
Notice Requirement
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Missed Appointments
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or if you are not present at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment and a fee may apply.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to make any changes to your booking.
Same-Day Requests
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. For same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
